About Phone Directory and In Out Board

The Simple Tools Phone Directory and In Out Board provides your organisation with both an online Phone Directory and a way for staff to indicate their movements.

With the tool, you and your colleagues can quickly look up a staff phone number and know where that person is and when they will be back. All before you ring them.

The Phone Directory

• Displays staff name, phone number, role, departments and cell/mobile number
• Search it by name or department
• View it on any (permitted) computer in a web browser
• Anyone (with permission) can update it
• Print out a phone directory as a list
• Export the phone numbers to other programs

• Replaces the whiteboard where staff mark themselves In or Out of the building
• Staff can quickly update the board from any computer
